Shipping

Your miniatures are carefully packaged in a soft foam. We ship every package insured and with tracking and you will receive the shipping information as soon as your order is on their way to you.
We only use the highest quality materials and have developed our own resin to combine incredible detail with toughness.

All of our miniatures are printed in a light grey colored resin with the highest resolution printer available to ensure that every detail comes out sharp and that every piece fits together well.

While our resin blend is perfectly suited for regular play, please still handle them with care as not to damage fragile or very small parts.
Many of our models come in separate pieces to both make them less susceptible to shipping damage and make painting hard to reach places easier.

In case a piece is slightly bend we recommend to dip it in hot water (not burning hot) for around 5-10s and carefully straigthen it while it cooles.

To glue to two pieces together we advise to use Super Glue as regular plastic or hobby glues don't react with resin and won't form a strong bond.

Resin is not foodsafe and not suited for small children.
